Tara Gill Nalencz speaks at CLE Event in Philadelphia
Tara Gill Nalencz spoke at a CLE Event on December 10 in Philadelphia titled “Persuasion, Power and Practice,” with Laura Sicola, Ph.D., founder of Vocal Impact Productions. Tara focused on how to use your voice strategically in litigation, mediation and negotiation in order to capture and keep your audience’s attention and deliver your message clearly, authoritatively, authentically, and persuasively in any context. She discussed successful face-to-face communication, whether arguing in the courtroom, pitching to a client or facing an opponent.
Tara focuses her practice on the defense of catastrophic personal injury matters, including product liability cases, construction and industrial accidents, premises liability, dram shop liability and other general casualty matters. She has experience with high exposure cases involving the defense of a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 construction companies, manufacturers of industrial machinery and equipment, toy manufacturers, commercial motor vehicle companies, and car dealerships. She has participated in the defense of numerous jury trials. Ms. Nalencz obtained her law degree from the Temple University School of Law in 2004. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Spanish Literature in 2001 from Pennsylvania State University and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1999 from Dickinson College.
