David Rosenbaum selected as board member of the Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale

David Ira Rosenbaum, a partner in Rawle & Henderson LLP’s Philadelphia office, has been selected as a member of Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale. The Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale provides musical education for young men in the Philadelphia area and was established in the 1960s. The Emmy-winning and Grammy-nominated choir has given major performances in the U.S., including Carnegie Hall, the Kimmel Center and the Academy of Music. They have also held concerts in countries all over the world and have appeared at Sydney Opera House, Notre Dame de Paris and King’s College Cathedral.

David Rosenbaum is the Chair of Rawle & Henderson’s Commercial Litigation and Commercial Transactions Sections. As a litigator, David represents corporate clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters. He also has an active Product Liability and Personal Injury defense practice. As a transactional attorney, David has handled complex, multi-million-dollar asset purchase agreements, employment contracts, physician contracts, real property leases and purchase agreements, joint ventures and vendor agreements. David graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law and earned an A.B. in Political Economy from Vassar College. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. David has been rated AV Preeminent from 2001 to 2017.

David has served as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s School of Law and as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd.
