Wescoe Speaks at September 2011 TIDA Cargo Seminar in Cleveland

James A. Wescoe, Chair of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) Cargo Claims Committee, spoke at the TIDA Cargo Seminar Back to Basics in Cleveland, OH, on September 21, 2011. He discussed the purpose, importance and types of shipping contracts in a seminar session on “Introduction to Shipping Contracts.” 

The Back to Basics seminar was designed to teach adjusters, industry professionals and attorneys how to recognize, investigate and defend claims and lawsuits which arise from the loss of or damage to goods and to manage situations which arise following a cargo claim against a carrier or insured.
