Associate Attorney with five to eight years experience handling product liability defense matters. Only candidates with insurance defense experience will be considered. Must have experience handling arbitrations and depositions.
Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.
Paralegal

Primary responsibilities include: digesting and summarizing depositions; compiling evidence and supporting information; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; oversees cases; prepares for trial; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort.
