Paralegal

Philadelphia Office

RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP seeks a Paralegal/Litigation Case Manager with two-five years insurance defense experience for our Environmental, Toxic and Mass Tort Department in our Philadelphia office.  

Primary responsibilities include: compiling evidence and supporting information; reviewing and responding to case developments; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort. Working closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidates must have high attention to detail, dependability and a desire to learn.

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of two years insurance defense experience required. Must be proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).

Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney for our Philadelphia office with five to seven years experience in areas of environmental, toxic and mass torts and/or products liability matters. Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.

Attorney with 3+ years experience in general defense litigation for our Harrisburg office.  Only candidates with insurance defense experience will be considered. Must have experience handling arbitrations and depositions. Pennsylvania bar admission required.  Maryland, New Jersey and/or New York bar admission a plus.

Attorney for our New York City office with two to five years experience in defense litigation medical malpractice,  auto/trucking and general liability. New York bar admission required. 

New Jersey and/or Connecticut bar admissions a plus.
