New York Office

Attorney for our New York City office with two to seven years of defense litigation experience with auto/truck liability, general liability, construction defects and/or medical malpractice. Strong writing and research skills are required as well as experience handling depositions and discovery disputes.  This practice groups seeks an independent associate, who is able to participate as a team as well. 

Duties include:  Draft motions and briefs and take and defend EBTs.  Assist in the preparation of matters for trial.   From the outset, lawyers throughout the Group have direct, frequent contact with clients.   Associates commonly handle a level of responsibility of a magnitude equal to that of partners in many other firms.

New York bar admission required.  New Jersey bar admission a plus.


Philadelphia Office

Litigation Attorney for our Philadelphia office with three to five years experience in areas of general casualty and/or products liability defense matters. Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.


Harrisburg Office

Associate Attorney with at least one year of experience for our commercial motor vehicle section for our Harrisburg PA office. Qualified candidates must have litigation experience handling general casualty and/or commercial motor vehicle matters. Pennsylvania bar admission required.  New Jersey or New York bar admissions a plus.


Philadelphia and Harrisburg Office

RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP seeks Paralegals with two-five years insurance defense experience for our Philadelphia and Harrisburg offices.  

Primary responsibilities include: compiling evidence and supporting information; reviewing and responding to case developments; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort. Working closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidates must have high attention to detail, dependability and a desire to learn.

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of two years insurance defense experience required. Must be proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).
