M. Susan Toth is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of product liability and medical professional liability.
Susan earned her J.D., with a Certificate in Comparative & International Law, from The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C., in 2008. While attending law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Association, for which she was selected as Chancellor for the 2007-2008 academic year. Susan also completed graduate legal studies in international human rights law at The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2006. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University in 2001.
Susan serves as a Board Member of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, which provides direct legal representation to individuals with physical disabilities in the Greater Philadelphia area. She also provides pro bono representation to children in the foster care system as a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Susan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (2008) and New Jersey (2008), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2010) and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2014).
