Stephen M. Ferguson

Stephen M. Ferguson is an Associate in the firm’s Delaware office.  Stephen focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, workers compensation, and environmental, mass and toxic torts.

He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2008 and A.B. from Georgetown University in 2005. While in law school, Stephen served as a judicial extern to the Honorable M. Faith Angell of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He was previously with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.

Stephen is admitted to practice in Delaware.
