Bio
Samuel A. Garson is an associate in the New Jersey office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. He focuses his law practice on environmental, mass and toxic tort litigation.
Sam earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017. He was a Beasley Scholarship Recipient. While attending Temple Law, he served as a legal intern for the City of Philadelphia Law Department's Civil Rights Unit and as a law clerk with a Philadelphia personal injury law firm.
Sam earned his B.A. in English, magna cum laude, in 2013 from Union College in Schenectady, New York. He was on the Dean's list every semester and was a member of the Men’s Rugby Club. He participated in Union College's Study Abroad Program in York, England, in the Fall of 2011.
Sam is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and also in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, he was an associate with a Philadelphia workers' compensation, personal injury and insurance claims law firm.
