Bio

Rachel L. McElroy is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. She concentrates her practice on environmental, mass and toxic torts and employment relations.

Rachel earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Rachel served as Managing Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet and won a CALI Award for Excellence in Copyright Law. Rachel gained valuable experience working at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center representing clients in various criminal matters and working as a research assistant for Senior Instructor In Law, Michael Benza.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Charleston in 2008.

Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, Rachel worked at a boutique employment litigation firm.

Rachel is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (2015), Ohio (2015) and West Virginia (2012), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (2017) and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio (2016).
