Bio
Nicole A. Silver, Esquire is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Ms. Silver received her law degree from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. While attending law school, Ms. Silver became a member of the Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Honor Society. She was also a Certified Legal Intern in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Rawle and Henderson, Ms. Silver served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Michael A. Donio of the Atlantic County Superior Court. Thereafter, Ms. Silver practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation defense litigation and labor and employment law at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia. At Rawle and Henderson, Ms. Silver is currently committed to the defense of insured and self-insured entities in workers’ compensation matters. She has primary case responsibility and has tried multiple workers’ compensation matters.
Ms. Silver has also counseled clients in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey regarding compliance with state and local employment laws and preventing workers’ compensation liability for workplace injuries.
Ms. Silver is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
