Michael T. Traxler

Michael T. Traxler is an associate attorney in Rawle & Henderson’s Harrisburg office. He practices in the areas of commercial motor vehicle and premises liability matters.

Mike received his undergraduate degree from Penn State in 1998 and his law degree from Dickinson Law School in 2003. From 2003 through 2006, he served on the Dickinson Law School’s Board of Governors / Board of Advisors.

Mike is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Judicial Evaluation Commission for the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mike worked as a private investigator investigating fraudulent insurance and disability claims. While in law school, Mike was certified by The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to litigate criminal matters on behalf of indigent defendants.

Mike is a native of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and now resides in Harrisburg,Pennsylvania.

Mike was selected as a "2008 Pennsylvania Rising Star" by Law & Politics Magazine. Rising Stars are the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are 40 years old and younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
