Bio
Lindsay D. Liebman concentrates her practice in the areas of premises liability and product liability. Ms. Liebman also regularly defends new and used motor vehicle dealerships against consumer protection claims including claims for fraud, misrepresentation, negligent repair, and various state and federal consumer protection statutes. These statutes include the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the Pennsylvania Lemon Law, the state and federal Odometer Disclosure Acts, and the Pennsylvania Automotive Trade Practices Act.
Ms. Liebman received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Pittsburgh in 1998 and Juris Doctorate from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2002, where she served as member of both the Temple Moot Court Honor Society and the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Liebman volunteers as a child advocate for the Support Center for Child Advocates.
