Kara Eaton is an Associate in our Pittsburgh office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of product liability and mass tort and environmental litigation. Ms. Eaton obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 2004 from Washington & Jefferson College. She received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2007. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Eaton has experience handling all aspects of discovery and trial preparation in product liability and toxic tort matters. She coordinates discovery for a client involved in asbestos litigation across several jurisdictions. She has participated in the development of defense strategies and in trial preparation for several cases that have tried to verdict in the state of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she handles motions practice in state and federal courts and has prepared and argued successful motions for summary judgment absolving her clients of liability.
