Bio
Justin M. Hershberger is an Associate in the firm’s West Virginia office. Hershberger focuses his practice in the area of toxic tort litigation.
Hershberger earned a B.A. in criminal justice from the Wheeling Jesuit University in 2003 and a J.D. from West Virginia University School of Law in 2006. In 2005-2006, Hershberger was an Associate Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, the third oldest in the nation. In 2006, he helped coordinate the law school team that assisted David McAteer in his investigation into the Sago Mine Accident. He was also as a research assistant who helped design a class for undergraduates in Race, Racism, & American Law.
He is admitted to practice in West Virginia and was previously with the West Virginia First Judicial Circuit Public Defender Corporation. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
Hershberger is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and the Ohio County Bar Association.
