Joshua M. Brick is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Rawle & Henderson. He focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation, civil litigation and commercial litigation.
Josh received his J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. He was a research editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal in 2012 and 2013. He also earned the CALI Award (highest grade in the class) for Advanced Legal Writing in the Spring of 2013.
He earned an M.B.A. from the West Virginia University in 2007. While pursuing his M.B.A., Josh studied international business at the Consortium Institute for Management and Business Administration in Asolo, Italy.
Josh received his B.A. from West Virginia University in 2005.
After graduating from law school, Josh served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court . Josh is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
