Jonathan Danko is an associate in the Harrisburg office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. He concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2012. He earned his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2009.
While attending law school, he worked as a summer associate with the Community Justice Project, a non-profit, public interest law firm in Harrisburg that is part of Pennsylvania's Legal Aid Network. In 2012, Jonathan was awarded a certificate for Practice Oriented Research and Training from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in recognition of his research and analytical skills.
After law school, Jonathan served as a law clerk for the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County, where he assisted the 15 Judges of the District Court in writing briefs, memos and opinions; case and statutory research; handling affidavit judgments; and various other matters. He also worked on the District Court Problem Solving Drug Court.
Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, Jonathan worked with another Harrisburg law firm and focused his practice on plaintiff personal injury.
Jonathan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
