Bio
Jennifer Ann Baker is an associate in the Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in general casualty defense litigation, including premises liability and construction litigation.
Ms. Baker earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 2005. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in 1998 from Virginia Tech.
Following her graduation from Rutgers, Ms. Baker served a one-year judicial clerkship for The Honorable William J. Cook, J.S.C., of the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden (2005-2006).
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as before the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
