Bio
Gina M. MacNeill concentrates her practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers and premises liability matters.
Ms. MacNeill received her Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University in 1999 and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003.
She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, U. S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and volunteers on behalf of the Support Center for Child Advocates.
