Aaron M. Dorfzaun, Counsel to the Firm in the Pittsburgh office, concentrates his practice in Environmental and Mass Torts and Commercial Litigation.
An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Dorfzaun has significant litigation experience. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where he tried over fifty jury trials to verdict. Since entering private practice in 1999, Mr. Dorfzaun has also tried civil cases in Florida, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions in Environmental and Mass Torts Litigation.
Mr. Dorfzaun received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in history from Kenyon College in 1992. He received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law of the American University in 1995. He is admitted to practice in states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida as well as the United States District for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
