Rawle & Henderson LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy J. Abeel has been appointed to the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) Endowment Committee. The committee consists of three attorneys and three industry members. The function of the committee is to locate and make financial contributions to appropriate individuals, organizations, schools, and programs that are aligned with the mission of TIDA: promote risk management, operational economies, and reduction costs associated with accident claims and lawsuits.
Mr. Abeel was one of the founders of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and he served as President of TIDA in 2000-2001. From 1994 to 2003, he was a member of the TIDA Board of Directors.
