David I. Rosenbaum successfully served as lead outside counsel on a series of eight multi-million dollar asset purchase transactions for Transport International Pool, Inc., a subsidiary of GE Capital. Over a period of four months, Mr. Rosenbaum successfully negotiated and drafted numerous letters of intent, asset purchase agreements and other related contracts, which ultimately led to the successful sale of assets at branches throughout the United States. Earlier in the year, Mr. Rosenbaum also served as counsel involving the two asset purchase transactions in Canada.
