Paralegal - Philadelphia Office
We currently seek Paralegals with two to four years insurance defense experience for our Philadelphia office.
Primary responsibilities include: digesting and summarizing depositions; compiling evidence and supporting information; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; oversees cases; prepares for trial; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort.

Billing Coordinator with three to five years legal billing experience for our Philadelphia office. Primary responsibilities include: handling billing for all partners, generating and editing detailed billing reports, task and electronic billing. Candidate must have advanced skills in LMS or Elite accounting systems, law firm experience and proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).
Attorney - Philadelphia Office
Associate Attorney with five to seven years experience in general defense litigation for our product liability section for our Philadelphia office. Qualified candidates must have product liability or general casualty experience. Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.
Secretary - Wilmington Office
Legal Secretary with five to seven years experience in general defense litigation for our Wilmington office. Candidate must have experience in MS office applications (Word and Excel), type 65+ wpm and ECF experience. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills a must. Candidate must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks. Must have insurance defense experience.
Attorney - Philadelphia Office
Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney for our Philadelphia office with five to seven years experience in areas of environmental, toxic and mass torts and/or products liability matters. Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.
