Paralegal - Philadelphia Office
We currently seek Paralegals with two to four years insurance defense experience for our Philadelphia and West Virginia offices.
Primary responsibilities include: digesting and summarizing depositions; compiling evidence and supporting information; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; oversees cases; prepares for trial; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort.

Associate Attorney with two to four years experience to join our commercial motor vehicle section in our Marlton New Jersey office. New Jersey bar admission required, New York and/or Pennsylvania bar admission a plus.
Attorney - Wilmington Office
Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney for our Wilmington, Delaware office with three to five years experience in areas of environmental, toxic and mass torts and/or products liability matters. Delaware bar admission required. Pennsylvania bar admission a plus.
