Ken Manyin practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and general liability. He is admitted to practice in all New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Manyin is a 1984 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and is a 1994 graduate of Rutgers School of Law.

During his 15 years as a litigation attorney he has handled all phases of worker’s compensation matters, criminal defense cases, as well as real estate and will work. He has worked on matters including occupational exposure, orthopedic injuries, disfigurement, cognitive defects and fatal injuries.. In handling various matters, Mr. Manyin has developed expert opinion from orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, psychologists, oncologists, hematologists and vocational experts.

Ken has served as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and regularly attends continuing education courses. He has lectured on drunk driving on behalf of the Camden County Bar Association (NJ), has handled pro bono matters and has provided free legal advice in conjunction with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Law Day program. Ken participates in charity running and cycling events, and has served on the organizing committee for the MS 150 City to Shore Bike Ride. He has coached youth baseball and lacrosse as well.
