Benjamin Rose, Counsel to the Firm, concentrates his practice in the area of environmental, mass and toxic torts. He has practiced extensively in these areas for over 20 years. He has represented a variety of companies and their insurers in the trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Rose graduated, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a B.S. in Economics. He earned a J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
