Sonia Di Valerio received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in 1992. She graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1999 with distinguished class performance in Criminal Law and Evidence. While in law school, Ms. Di Valerio was the Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Environmental Law and Technology Journal and received the Beth Earley Farnbach Award for her community work with high school students.
Ms. Di Valerio served as the Law Clerk to The Honorable Lee B. Laskin, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court where she gained invaluable experience in her profession and the workings of the Superior Court. Now, she brings that experience to the Commercial Motor Vehicle section where she concentrates her practice on the defense of trucking and bus companies and their insurers.
Ms. Di Valerio is admitted to practice in the state courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.
