John A. Macconi, Jr. is an Associate in our Delaware office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and environmental, mass, and toxic torts. He has experience litigating on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured corporations.
He is admitted to practice in states of Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
John earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Delaware in 2000. He earned a J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law in 2003. He has also served as a judicial law clerk, for The Honorable Fred S. Silverman of the Superior Court of Delaware.
