William C. McGovern focuses his practice in defending medical malpractice, nursing home liability, pharmaceutical and catastrophic injury cases in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, as well as appellate arguments in the courts of review of the same jurisdictions. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar, as well as the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
He earned an A.B. degree from St. Joseph’s College in 1970 and he received his juris doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1973.
