Nancy Ellen Monte Carlo is an associate in Rawle & Henderson’s New Jersey office. She has extensive experience litigating commercial matters including representation of long-term disability insurance carriers. In addition to her litigation experience, she is a certified mediator in the State of New Jersey.
Nancy earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law in 2001. While at Rutgers, she was a founding member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and served as the Case Development Editor for the Journal. She was also the director of Rutgers Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Program.
She is the co-author of the New Jersey Law Summary which highlights laws which affect commercial motor vehicles operating in the State of New Jersey.
Clerkship:
She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James E. Rafferty, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division for Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.
