Letter from Alexander Hamilton to William Rawle, dated September 2, 1793.

" Judge Simms is anxious to know the state of the papers which were prepared reflecting his affairs. Be so good as to inform him if he delivers you this letter. If not in the next couple of day to drop a line at my office.
